FreeScout是FreeScout公司的一个使用PHP（Laravel框架）构建的超轻量级免费开源帮助台和共享收件箱。 FreeScout存在安全绕过漏洞，该漏洞是由于对象Storage的根文件夹配置不正确造成的。攻击者可利用该漏洞创建用户，然后删除用户文件。
