FreeScout是一款基于PHP Laravel框架构建的开源帮助台系统，旨在为用户提供类似Zendesk或Help Scout的功能，但无需牺牲隐私或自由度。 Freescout 存在反序列化漏洞，该漏洞源于通过set函数，可以传递一个带有序列化对象的字符串，当通过get方法获取选项时，将会发生反序列化，攻击者可利用该漏洞导致任意代码执行。
