Уязвимость функции set_encoder_id() (/fftools /ffmpeg_enc.c) мультимедийной библиотеки FFmpeg связана с выходом операции за границы буфера в памяти. Эксплуатация уязвимости может позволить нарушителю, действующему удаленно, выполнить произвольный код с помощью специально созданных данных
