evtchn: Race between FIFO expand and reset
Summary
The EVTCHNOP_expand_array hypercall checks for whether FIFO event channels are enabled, but without holding the correct lock. It can race with EVTCHNOP_reset, resulting in dereferencing a NULL pointer.
