VISAM VBASE是德国VISAM公司的一套数据采集与监控系统。VBASE Editor是其中的一个编辑器。VBASE Web-Remote Module是其中的一个基于Web的远程模块。

VISAM VBASE Editor 11.5.0.2版本和VBASE Web-Remote Module中存在安全漏洞，该漏洞源于较弱的哈希算法和不安全的权限。本地攻击者可通过实施暴力破解攻击利用该漏洞绕过密码保护机制。
