runc是一款用于根据OCI规范生成和运行容器的CLI（命令行界面）工具。 grub2中的grub2-set-bootflag实用程序存在安全漏洞，本地攻击者可利用该漏洞截断grub2配置文件，使设备无法在重启阶段启动系统。
