Libav是一款开源音视频处理工具，提供用于转换、操纵及流式传输各种多媒体格式和协议的跨平台工具和库。

Libav 12.3中的libavcodec/lcldec.c中的decode_frame存在堆缓冲区过读漏洞，攻击者可通过特制avi文件利用该漏洞导致拒绝服务。
