Title: yaml-cpp拒绝服务漏洞（CNVD-2019-03332）

Description:

yaml-cpp（又名LibYaml-C++）是一款使用在YAML中的C++解析器。

yaml-cpp 0.6.2版本中的‘Scanner::EnsureTokensInQueue’函数存在拒绝服务漏洞。远程攻击者可借助特制的YAML文件利用该漏洞造成拒绝服务（栈消耗和应用程序崩溃）。
