OTCMS是一套文章类网站内容管理系统（CMS）。

OTCMS 3.61版本中的admin/users.php文件存在跨站脚本漏洞，远程攻击者可借助‘dataTypeCN’、‘dataMode’和‘dataModeStr’参数，利用该漏洞注入任意的Web脚本或HTML，可能获取管理员cookie。
