GNU Binutils是一组用于创建和管理二进制程序、对象文件、库、配置文件数据及程序集源代码的编程工具。 GNU Binutils 2.29.1中使用的二进制文件描述符（BFD）库中的coffcode.h中的coff_slurp_line_table函数存在拒绝服务漏洞。远程攻击者可通过特制PE文件利用该漏洞导致拒绝服务（无效内存访问和应用程序崩溃）或可能造成其他影响。
