Cisco Wireless LAN Controller（WLC）是美国思科（Cisco）公司的一款无线局域网控制器产品。该产品在无线局域网中提供安全策略、入侵检测等功能。 Cisco WLC中的802.11v Basic Service Set (BSS) Transition Management功能的实现存在拒绝服务漏洞，该漏洞源于程序未能对802.11v BSS Transition Management Response数据包执行充分的输入验证。攻击者可通过向受影响的设备发送畸形的802.11v BSS Transition Management Response数据包利用该漏洞造成拒绝服务（重新加载）。
