Title: libming 'OpCode'函数拒绝服务漏洞（CNVD-2017-20195）

Description:

libming是一个Flash（SWF）输出库，可以用于PHP、Perl、Ruby、Python、C、C ++、Java，等等。

Libming中的util/decompile.c中的OpCode函数（从decompileINCR_DECR line 1474调用）存在安全，攻击者可借助特制的文件利用该漏洞造成拒绝服务（堆缓冲区越边界读取）。
