Digia Qt是一套跨平台的C++应用程序开发框架。 Digia Qt ‘QGIFFormat::nextY()’函数（gui/image/qgifhandler.cpp）处理GIF图像时存在错误，允许远程攻击者可利用该漏洞进行拒绝服务，控制使用库的应用程序。
