Cryptography API: Next Generation (CNG) contains an issue in BCryptDecrypt, which may result in a denial-of-service (DoS).
ASHINO, Yuki of NEC Corporation reported this vulnerability to IPA.
JPCERT/CC coordinated with the developer under Information Security Early Warning Partnership.
