Email Anti-virus (formerly WebShield SMTP) contains a denial-of-service (DoS) vulnerability. IGARASHI Eiichi of New Media Research Institute Co., Ltd. reported this vulnerability to IPA. JPCERT/CC coordinated with the developer under Information Security Early Warning Partnership.
