Title: Cloud Foundry UAA release和UAA权限提升漏洞

Description:

uaa-release和uaa都是Cloud Foundry的不同版本的认证和管理服务终端。

64.0之前的Cloud Foundry UAA release和4.23.0之前的UAA存在权限提升漏洞。该漏洞源于两者存在验证错误。攻击者可利用该漏洞修改同意页面的URL和内容，从而可获得具有任意范围的令牌，从而可提升其权限。
