Description
Hexchat(前称XChat-WDK)是一套跨平台的IRC((一种通过网络的即时聊天方式))通讯软件。Hexchat IRC Client是其中的一个基于XChat的IRC客户端产品。 Hexchat IRC Client 2.11.0版本的src/common/inbound.c文件中的‘inbound_cap_ls’函数存在栈缓冲区溢出漏洞,该漏洞源于请求字符串存储在固定大小的缓冲区中。攻击者可利用该漏洞造成拒绝服务。
