Une vulnérabilité dans la conversion d'un fichier au format HTML permet à un utilisateur mal intentionné de réaliser un déni de service ou d'exécuter du code arbitraire à distance.

Description

Tous les systèmes d'exploitation Microsoft Windows supportent la conversion de fichiers au format HTML. Des applications telles Microsoft Internet Explorer utilisent cette fonctionnalité. Une vulnérabilité est présente dans le convertisseur HTML (HTML32.cnv) permettant à un utilisateur mal intentionné de réaliser un déni de service ou d'exécuter du code à distance.

Solution

Appliquer le correctif de Microsoft (cf. section Documentation).

Toutes les versions de Microsoft Windows.
