About Nikolaos Tsinganos is a highly experienced and accomplished Computer Scientist with over 20 years in the ICT industry, specializing in ML Research Engineering, MLOps and Cloud Engineering. Currently serving as a Cloud Operations Manager at Dataways, he excels in Cloud Engineering, R&D, and DevOps. With strong academic background and practical expertise in Deep Learning and NLP, Nikolaos solves complex business problems by deploying state-of-the-art AI models (LLMs, diffusion models etc.). His extensive proficiency in ML Research Engineering, MLOps, and Software Engineering is well-demonstrated through his exceptional contributions to EU-funded projects (FORTIKA-Cyber Security Accelerator, FoodSMART etc.). In addition to his industry roles as an IT Manager (ANT1 Group) and Software Architect, Nikolaos's passion for education is evident in his positions as a Doctoral Teaching Assistant at the University of Macedonia and the Hellenic Open University, as well as an academic instructor at various institutions. His teaching portfolio encompasses courses on network security, secure web development, malware analysis, and penetration testing.
