Bio

Ms. Ginn has over 35 years of international business experience in engineering consulting, information technology, and cybersecurity/threat intelligence. She has broad experience in security management, systems integration and threat assessment. She has held various line and project management roles throughout her career. She is a Fellow of the Cybersecurity Practice of Datos-Insights, an analyst firm specializing on banking and financial services. She is a co-founder of the Cyber Threat Intelligence Network (CTIN). She served as Secretary of the Cyber Threat Intelligence TC (CTI TC) from 2014 to 2024. She also served as Secretary of the TAC TC and the CASP subproject of the Open Cybersecurity Alliance (OCA). She is the recipient of the 2020 Distinguished Contributor award from OASIS.
