The issue involves the "FaceTime" component, which allows remote attackers to trigger memory corruption and obtain audio data from a call that appeared to have ended. Apple iOS and Mac OS are prone to multiple security-bypass vulnerabilities.
Attackers can exploit these issues to bypass security restrictions and perform unauthorized actions. Both Apple iOS and macOS are operating systems of Apple Inc. in the United States. A security vulnerability exists in the FaceTime component of Apple iOS prior to 10.1 and Apple macOS Sierra prior to 10.12.1. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a transferred call to continue to transmit audio</p>
